Phone manners
In the past 3 days, I have had two people call and request a person by just saying their name. No ‘please’ or ‘is X there?’, just ‘bob thomas.’ Next time that happens I’m going to ask which hole they just crawled out of. Seriously, how f-in rude. Would you ever walk up to someone and say ‘Adam, ‘ as though to query for me? I don’t think so.
